Shawn Trotter is Vice President of the Global Inside Sales Academy within Dell Technologies, where she has dedicated over 25 years to fostering excellence and innovation. Her journey at Dell Technologies has been characterized by her leadership across many sales divisions, including the Channel, Federal, K12, and State and Local Sales divisions in North America. In her current role, Shawn is tasked with the roles of talent acquisition, mentorship, and the development of inside sales and technical professionals.

Shawn is co-founder of two Employee Resource Groups: the Veterans Employee Resource Group and the Interfaith Employee Resource Group. Since its inception in 2019, the Interfaith Employee Resource Group has expanded to include over 3,000 members in 45 countries. Shawn continues to serve as the Global Executive Co-chair, leading a team of 70 in the Interfaith Leadership Team.

On a personal note, Shawn celebrates a fulfilling life with her husband, Wil, to whom she has been married for 31 years. Together, they have two children, Drake, 30, and Matteson, 20, and cherish the joy of their grandchild, Deklyn, aged 2. Shawn graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Concordia University of Austin and holds certification as a Professional Coach. Her passion extends beyond her professional endeavors into community leadership, where she acts as the Chief Operating Officer for the Drake Foundation and holds a position on the Board of Directors for the Lone Star Paralysis Foundation.
