NOTE: CLE credit—If you would like CLE credit for the conference, please click the CLE box during registration. In person and virtual attendees must register for CLE in advance. During the registration process, those attending in-person who want CLE credit will also need to pay the CLE fee.

The Utah Bar has approved a total of 6 CLE credits, which includes up to 2 civility credits.

In person attendees will be required to complete an online CLE survey confirming attendance. We only report Utah CLE for in-person attendees. If you are a licensed attorney in Utah, these CLE credits will automatically be reported to the Utah Bar only after you complete and submit the survey by June 24, 2025. If you are seeking CLE in any other state, you will be responsible for reporting your credits to your state bar. An electronic Certificate of Attendance will be emailed to you by mid-July to the email address you provide.

Virtual attendees may register for CLE credit through July 5, 2025. Virtual attendees who would like CLE credit are responsible for submitting their own CLE under the self-study program and paying any associated fees (no matter what state they are in). We only report Utah CLE for in-person attendees.

CLE credits for those who watch the sessions after the conference will be 1 CLE credit per hour/session. If in person attendees would like to get more CLE credit by watching sessions that they were not able to attend, they must be careful not to double-up their credits and report CLE credit for the in person sessions that BYU will report for them.

General sessions will be live-streamed on this site. All other sessions will be available within a few business days after the conference. Register for the online viewing to receive updates regarding these sessions plus additional information.
