Olivia Whiteley is a practiced architect of bipartisan compromise with policy expertise in the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program. Olivia has worked to rebuild America’s consensus on refugees from the bottom-up, designing and passing bipartisan state-level legislation to expand refugee and immigrant access to the workforce, education, and well-being. As the Director of Strategy for Reliable Refuge, she manages federal advocacy and drives the organization’s ten-year strategic plan for building a refugee program that Americans–and refugees–can rely on. Olivia holds a Bachelors in American Studies from Brigham Young University and a Masters from the University of Southern California.
