Emily de Schweinitz Taylor, Ph.D., is a certified mediator, conflict coach, and developmental psychologist focused on helping individuals and communities navigate conflict constructively. A former university ombuds and conflict resolution leader, she teaches courses such as mediation and history of psychology at Brigham Young University and conducts research at the intersection of psychology, religious identity, and conflict with the Cooperation for Science and Technology (COST) based in Europe. Emily serves on the Utah Council on Conflict Resolution board and volunteers as a civic dialogue moderator with Braver Angels. She is the host of Conflict Coach on BYU Radio and the author of Conflict Fluent and Raising Mediators.
